Thanks Jenny for sharing a Cantonese Fine Dining ethics and tasty samples of Dim Sum at our CC class on February 15. We learned that the guest of honor will sit facing the door, the host will sit the opposite of the guest, near the door. The bowl of tea is served to wash hands before the meal. Small portion of food is served one course at a time. Don't cross a table to reach for food. The ending of meal will be fruits, or sweet soup, or rice balls, and farewell tea. Yummmy!

Holiday Season 2007

Happy New Year 2008! Here are the fun memory we had with our CC friends in Boston last December. Wish you could have been with us.
We said farewell to HeeWon on December 7. She and her husband moved to San Francisco.... We miss you!
Let it snow, let it snow, let it snow! We're bombarded by snowstorms last December. You have to enjoy this bitter winter by having fun with it. We went skating and made snow men... and snow Kat too. What a mess we made at the park near our house. Then we had a nice warm Asian dinner afterward, yummy.
Did you know that we have palm trees and flamingoes in downtown Boston? They were frozen when they got here.
We want to remind you that Red Sox is still the World Champs! Go Sox!

Fall of Fun Activities

I have to reconstruct the blog due to earlier overlaps photos. Here again the same blogger as earlier.
We started this semester with canoeing at Spot Pond in September... then to Franconia Notch State Park in NH for hiking and foliage peeping in October ... then to Plymouth to join the Thanksgiving celebration in November.
Wish you could be with us. Thanks for your comments so far.

Thanksgiving Day

What a turkey day we had here on November 22, 2007. Wish you were with us to those far and away. Chris and I would like to keep in touch with our international friends via this blogger. Send us your life story as well. We'd love to hear from you too.
With hearts of Thanksgiving to God for giving you as our friends!
